Knight Frank India Report on Rise of House Prices in Hyderabad real estate sector ranks 14th in international rankings

One of the latest indicators is the real estate sector momentum in the city. Home prices in Hyderabad have increased significantly compared to other cities in the country. The city has been ranked 14th on the International Rate Index for Housing Rates. Only India to Hyderabad has been ranked in the top 20 of the list.
The latest consultancy firm, Knight Frank has produced a survey of property prices in 150 cities around the world between July and September 2019. Hungary's capital Budapest topped the list. Between July and September last year, house prices rose 24 percent. China's Shi'an (15.9 per cent) and Uhan (14.9 per cent) are in 2nd and 3rd positions. The rate of house growth in Hyderabad was 9 per cent.

In the 150 cities mentioned in the index, house prices rose 3.2 percent on average. This is the lowest growth recorded since the second quarter of 2015.
