Telangana State governement has initiated this plan through TSRTC with unique scheme to increase RTC revenue as well to make Capital of Telangana one of the best City across the World.
As per latest information, TSRTC has made a trial run from Jubilee Bus Station to Shamshabad airport and Uppal to Waverock. Based on the public response from these two routes the services will be extended to other AC buses, Metro Deluxe and Metro Express buses.
In a statement TSRTC EO Purushotham said, ‘The WiFi enabled buses will provide free WiFi facility to the travelers for 30 minutes on first registration with mobile number’. Bodies of 300 JNNURM buses will be changed this year and bodies of 350 buses in the coming year'.
