Amazon India deliver goods in Electric vehicles during Amazon Great Indian Sale
The leading e-commerce company, Amazon India will deliver its goods on electric vehicles. To this end, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos posted a video on his Twitter account today.
Amazon has said it will be delivering goods to customers in electric vehicles in more than 20 cities across India. As part of this, Amazon has announced that it will be able to deliver 10 thousand electric delivery vehicles nationwide until 2025.
Amazon said the vehicles will be available in Delhi, NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Nagpur and Coimbatore earlier this year.
Amazon said it would use up to 1 million electric vehicles worldwide for goods delivery until 2030, thus helping to save the environment.
