Said an herbal tea popular in the Udupi, Udupi region. It's basically a delicious drink made with cumin, cilantro, fennel, and more kitchen spices. It is said to boost the immune system and help to get rid of coughs, colds and other seasonal flu.

Ingredients for making Mangalorean Tea:

- Half a teaspoon of cilantro
- Half a teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 8-10 black pepper
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger powder
- Half a teaspoon of cardamom powder
- Half a teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- 3-4 Muleti (Yashti Mathukam)
How to prepare Mangalorean tea - Procedure:
- Coriander, cumin, fennel seeds, black pepper should be properly fried and then cooled.
- Muleti should be powdered using (Grinder).
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind to a fine powder. You can adjust the amount of spices to suit your taste.
- This dry powder mixture can be stored in an airtight bottle and stored for months in a cool, dry place. You can take this mixture in your desired dose and infuse it and take it daily.
