The Finance Ministry has given (TS Govt Jobs Notification) the green signal to fill the vacancies in the Municipal and Panchayati Raj Rural Development Department.
The Finance Ministry has issued orders allowing for the recruitment of 1,433 different cadre posts in these two departments.
There are 196 posts vacant in the office of the Head of Municipal Department, 236 posts in Public Health, 420 posts in Chief Engineer Rural Water Supply and 350 posts in Chief Engineer in Panchayati Raj General. Notifications regarding these appointments will be released soon.
So far, the government has sanctioned 35220 posts. The Finance Ministry is also working to issue orders to fill the vacancies in the remaining departments. There were 91,142 vacancies across the state, including 11,103 contract employees.
It is learned that CM KCR has announced in the Legislative Assembly that while contract employees will be regularized, the remaining 80,039 jobs will be filled.
The government has already issued orders to issue notifications for 503 Group 1 posts and 33,787 posts in various departments like Police, Transport, Forest, Excise and Breweries Corporation.
It is learned that Finance and Medical Health Minister Harish Rao has directed that 12,775 posts in the Medical and Health Department be replaced in installments, of which 10,028 posts will be filled by the Medical Recruitment Board.
The first installment was directed to give notification for 1326 MBBS eligible jobs. It is already known that Group One is giving notifications for police appointments.
The Finance Ministry issued orders to fill another 1433 vacancies in the Municipal and Panchayati Raj Rural Development Departments.
