  2. Some people have a habit of talking loudly on the mobile phone at night and playing loud songs on the phone. Such should not be done during the specified time.
  3. Many travel with family. Can't sleep at night. They sit in groups and talk disturbingly to other passengers. Do not disturb fellow passengers during night hours.
  4. No light should be turned on after 10 pm except night lamp. If you have to turn on, you must take the permission of the fellow passenger. Otherwise they might file a complaint against you.
  5. Railway Rules are applicable to Railway TTEs. After 10 pm the ticket should not be asked while the passenger is sleeping.
  6. From 10 pm to 6 am passengers should stay in the designated seat. At that time upper berths, middle berths should not bother lower berths. Also, lower berths should be allowed to sit during the rest of the time.
  7. Disabled persons, pregnant women and senior citizens are relaxed in these rules. They are allowed to sleep at times other than the prescribed time. Fellow travelers should cooperate in this regard.
